What is the standard range for the coolant temp for 302's while running? Both the '88 GM and '89 CV run 190 - 200 deg. F. Is this normal for around town driving?

195 thermostat is stock, so 190-200 would be normal. Thats what mine runs when its full of water anyway. If you want to have fun, let it get nice and low and you can slam the guage.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
