HP- High Performance, like 20 more HP by using it. hahaha, I dunno really, has some sort of difference for the HO engine. It's the OE specified filter, so I keep using it since I get Motorcraft/Ford parts at cost.

The big difference is that at a Dealer at least, it's a cost of about $22/ea. retail. But I pay just under $9.Comment
