Thanks for the info guys, I'll pass that to Jake, and hopefully the pro-Chevy gang around here that has been trying to convert him will soon have something to fear

Functionally, they are identical to Cleveland 2V heads other than possible cnamber size. Cleveland 2V heads of all configurations are good for builds.

Clearly there are some mods that need to be done to the heads for that swap, but he claims it's doable... If he goes the Mustang way I'd assume the SuperVictor intake you suggested won't work cause of the different deck heights of the blocks, correct?
Forget about 302 cubes with Cleveland 4V heads. Even in Trans Am racing which had sustained high RPM's, they weren't the greatest. 351W block is the way to go. Stroking the 351W is even better. Using a Super Victor intake with the Price Motorsport adapter is still the way to go whether it is EFI or carbed.

Sweet, we have an extra Windsor block, and can get an additional spare if we go pick it up. Thinking about building a 396 Clevor, question, what to put it in?

Answer....about anything you want. I think that a stroker Clevor will rock! That's why I want to build my own. That is if I don't build a 4V head 400 first.
