Well, what kinda RPMs you plan on running?

Might as well go with an edelbrock performer... or performer RPM...

If you go performer, spend the $70 extra and get the air-gap.

        :stupid:

Deffinitly do that. Air gap is a nice performance help on longer rides, and while the engine is warm.

The Weiand Stealth intake is good from idle-6800 rpms. It's a high rise dual plane intake. It just a great all around intake.

Jeg's sell the 302 Stealth intake for $165.99. An if you watch Ebay you can pick up a used one for even less.

I third the stealth, but depending on mods it's prolly to much. Even a stock ford 4bbl manifold would be a good upgrade.

But what's nice about the Stealth intake is it will work good on a stock engine. But it also works great with future mods. So going with the stealth intake right away means you won't need to buy a different intake as you do more mods to engine.

It's just a great all around intake.
