its REALLY tight, in fact I didn't feel like putting it back on. Hmm. I actually wasn't really that bad if you pull the small pully head off.. Losen the tention all the way. Put the head back on, and than push down on the whole thing, tightening the bolt in the back. Worked good.1989 LTD Crown Victoria LX.

I actually had no trouble once I took the smaller pully head off. It went right on.1989 LTD Crown Victoria LX.
