      All about the tow package driveshaft. Aluminum ones also have the big fat U joints that should be more resistant to breaking.

        If anyone wants a Aluminum tranny pan for an AOD let me know. My brother has a B&M deep tranny pan holds 4 additional quarts. $100 Will even include Stainless Steel socket head cap screws for it at no charge.

            How many settings - well, I don't have the papers in front of me right now, but IIRC for the 1-2 shift you have to choose one of 3 springs, same for the 2-3 shift, then when it comes to drilling the divider plate you choose what diameter to make the holes and whether to drill the police/taxi one at all. Read the manual man, it'll give you a good idea what your options are and what to ask your mechanic for.

              I will read the manual. I want quick, firm shifts. The stock "lazy" AOD shift sucks. The "1-2" takes forever now.
