I use Goodyear Gatorback, never heard a squeel, and I do drive in rain, cold, and snowstorms.

I have gatorbacks on both cars. the 97 squeels on start-up only due to dew on the belt and pullies. The 85 will squeek a little right after start-up if i have the fan on.

Dayco belts are a waste of money.

I never liked belts from advance, even the dry-rot (drive rite) belts...

I like Gates belts from Carquest, or the Gatorbacks...

I like the heavy duty Gates "Fleet" belts.... I forget the exact model name.

But I've also used Goodyear with good results.
