    another question!

    whats the widest i can go in the front for the rim specified without rubbing and can someone point me in the direction of a tire type with raised white letters in sizes 235 55 16 (front) 255 60 16 (rear)

      Front tires of the size you want can be found here, the search for rear tires returned only BF Goodrich Radial T/A. I know for sure the BFGs and the Firestone Firehawks come in white raised letters, the others you'll have to research yourself as my internet is really sucky now.

        not gonna find anynthing with white letters in 16".............try this combo............245/50/16 front (stock z28/firebird size i got some for 60 ea) and rear 255/55/16.....some sport truck tire........around 80 ea

        or get 4 225/60/16 firestone affinity lh30's

          I have the affinities. They ride excellent and are quiet.

              There are 16" tires that have white letters. I am going to get some for my vic. They were on tirerack.com. I can find them if you don't believe me.

                but are they at least a H speed rating?..........S and T rated tires feel like mush to me lol

                  Aww yes they are S rated. I still am indecided on tires but I will worry about it when I have the $$$ for them. LOL
