...and as for the plugs, Kenny, at the power level of a stock CV/GM/TC 5.0, you won't notice much difference between stock replacement and "performance" spark plug wires, so just go with what you got. Personally, I really liked the stock replacement Bosch wires I had on my '96 T-bird.

Im running teh $0.99 Boxch copper plugs in my Windosr with teh 9mm Ford racing wires and a full MSD ignition. I really should change plugs, since these plugs were in the motor when it was running really lean. Lean enough to heat the header red hot.http://secondhandracing.com/Home.aspx

never going back
i wouldnt change back to any other plugs unless fully recommended. these autolites and new plugs are doing great. also there was a oil leak before the synthtic very small but now i cant find a drip of. also im off to go to the car dealer today to get my wife a new car(toyota corolla), which means i finally get to do what i will or want with my vic. as my son would say UH-OH!

That's why I buy $25 valve cover gaskets. They're the rubber with the metal core.
