I probably didn't remember the color. But if you are using the same screen name I remember some stuff about the car...it's been like 5 years...

I used to frequent CVN quite a bit back in the last century when I had my white 87 Vic sedan..was one of the quicker 5.0 vics. Ran high 14's.

yeah, the mustangs are conservative. I ran my car on a dynojet and put down 195HP with a stock HO cam, TB, intake, mac equal lengths, 86 HO ECM. And the car was running like crap then. It needed a tuneup and the timing was backed to 10* to run on 87.
I do believe that I was the first box with Bullitts. I've been using this Screen name for ages now. When I first started using it my car was bone stock and you did have that sedan which I thought was cool as hell (and what partly inspired me to do what I am).

OK, yeah. My memory must be telling lies then about the car color. I'm jealous of most people just because they still have thier cars. I couldn't save the 87.

I miss my 87, but the new car is an excellent replacement. And about as quick as the 87 without any tuning or trans work. I'll be getting my 02 suspension/brakes this weeked hopefully. I've had the rear discs sitting in the back of the car for like 3 months..Lol.

I sometimes wish that I had a wagon instead, as for all of my daily driving purposes it would be much more practical. And then sometimes I wish that I had a tudor, which is so sporty and rare. Then I remember that I like my car for what it is, and when I'm ready to get a wagon I'll get a mid-80s Buick Estate Wagon (Electra-based) and when I'm ready to get a Tudor I'll get a '78 LTD II-S

So you put a sunroof on it???? Can we see some more pics of that? And I guess this means I can't call mine the SVT Vic anymore, I'll have to update to 86 SVT Vic...

I don't have any good pics of the sunroof. It's just a manual pop-up variety that I had installed at Ziebart for like $200. It's not very large because the whole thing had to fit in front of the vinyl portion. It just flips up and pops out. More than good enough for me, and doesn't require all the headroom to have a sliding one with tracks and motors and shit that just breaks.

Also, my screen name is really old, after much ridicule I stopped calling it an SVT Vic. Feel free to take the name, and all the crap you'll take from car enthusiasts with it

I too have been using SVT Vic for some time. I've got no ridicule for it though. SVT is Special Vehicle Team, people try to associat it with Cobra, wrong. It's just a team that makes High Performance versions of regular Cars. So, if more than one person had something to do with your car, then vuala, you have a Special Vehicle made by a Team. My team is my Father and I.

I'd like another sedan or two, a tudor, and another wagon. Always nice to have a choice... I wasn't looking for a wagon. Just happened to find one that was in great shape for a decent price.
