Meh, I prefer ones from manual TC's and Merkurs. I like the .63 hot side to the 48. On the highway my buddies SVO would be boosting cruising at 65. My car, with the .63 could cruise w/o getting in boost and got 28mpg with 3.73's. If I was going to build a TT 302 I would use the .63 housings. I don't like boost to build up that quick. Of course, with a turbo setup, I could run a 3.27 and still be pretty damn quick, and get insane milage for the amount of HP I would be producing.

My worst enemies are those who presume me to be harmless. They cannot imagine how much I resent and disdain them, or just how great a threat they would face if I could get at them. Everything in their behavior speaks of insult and presumptuousness, and for now it is all I can do to make constructive use of my anger toward them. At this time, I just make a list of them and keep a watch on. Some day, with the help of time, space, and circumstance, I will be able to humiliate them properly - not in a manner they would enjoy, but in a style calculated to make them wish that they had never been born.

My mustang was still pretty loud. Even cruising you could hear the unmistakable turbo whine. But man that car was awesome on the highway. Cruising at 65-70 in 5th and floor it, boost comes up and it was gone. 140 was easy in that car. And that motor was basically stock. Just a ported exhaust manifold. Heck, it didn't even have an intercooler on it.
Towards the end it had a ported intake, Spearco Intercooler, ported big valve head, and cam. Then that thing was insanely quick. Probaby could have gone with 3.55's and been faster. And the car only had a single 2.5" exhuast. I might get/build another one eventually...Builder/Owner of Badass Panther Wagons
