Yeah I know, I will probably will get the one from Tom, also I am getting a cam which would match the torker 2 if I got, and it is only $50. Summit + crane cams are only 50 bux, the one I will end up getting will be around 276 duration which might be too much for me or a smaller 266.

I see your point, I'm gonna check the boneyard monday hopefully for a distributor and possibly an entire duraspark ignition.

Alright this should be my final list:
1. Manifold
2. Carb
3. Fuel Pump
4. Duraspark Distributor- junkyard, ebay
5. MSD or Duraspark ignition box- Junkyard, or ebay.
6. Coil- MSD or replacement from NAPA
7. Lokar Tv cable
8. 3/8 Fuel line
9. Fuel bowl sight plugs
10. 2 ft 3/8 steel line
11. Cam- I might not do the cam cause I wont use it on my roller block.
12. Timing chain
13. Compression AN fittings
14. Fuel pressure gauge + filter to prevent flooding
15. Coolant
16. Water pump
17. Heater hose
18. Valve cover gaskets+ carburetor gasket
Now I must decide whether or not to do this, If I put this all together and find that nothing works, I will be in deep shit as I need my car. The only thing that would be a concern would be the carb tuning (easy enough) and wiring the ignition. I'm leaning towards MSD because that way I wont have to deal with the duraspark being toast and my car not running. Any thing else? Will I need to run a return line with the mechanical pump? I know I'm asking too many questions but, I need to be as close to foolproof as possible.

those compression an fittings will only work on other AN fittings (read $$$) i am using those since i am running an Aeromotive FPR (read $$$) you can get by with just hose barbs and work clamps, although id not reccomend doing that.
as for the MSD Here a local guy is selling one just back from MSD for $150. I have meet him and he is a pretty good guy.[/url]http://secondhandracing.com/Home.aspx

So, very stupid question, If I buy 3/8 aluminum fuel line, how do I plumb it to the tank and the fuel pump(which is a 3/8 fitting)? I can buy fittings that I flare on each end and connect them right? They make adapters from the regular -8 or -6 to 3/8 or whatever. I dont want to use rubber line as much as possible.
