    Sealant on Head Bolts

Part of my HO upgrade I’ve installed e7 heads. From my research I only put sealant on the outer (short) head bolts because they go through the water jacket.

Well today I stumbled across a statement that said all head bolts require sealant on the threads ( Grrrr). So my questions are:

    What have you guys done?
    Am I OK?
I’m not that far into the reassembly, I just put the heads on. Do I need to get another set of head gaskets and redo the head install with sealant on all the bolts?

Thanks! That helps ease my mind. I was ready to tear it down again and redo the gaskets and bolts.
