Yes, BBK makes a set of headers that were specificaly designed to work on the GT40P heads, they are the only other major brand that makes them.
I didn't ask if they made them..........I asked if you can get a socket on all of the bolts. The old FRPP SS headers fit great on everything but P heads and they didn't need much welding to be modded for P heads. Although they were nice headers, you could not get a socket on anywhere near all of the bolts. The current FRPP SS headers fit all heads better than the originals and have plenty of room for all or nearly all of the bolts to be removed/installed with a socket.
GT40P headers are correct for mustang and our cars. But the primaries come out farther from the block so as to accomidate for the spark plug location on the P heads.
Will I still need 90* plug boots with the FRPP headers? Ordering tonight, so please answer soon.
The ones in the pictures are standard Autolite wires. They work fine. No special wires needed. Wire clips are a must have with any header. If a wire touches a hot header, you are minus one wire.
