I set the multimeter to 200k and got this.
ECT= 16.3 cold -3.2 hot
ACT= 16.3 cold- 5.0 hot
temperature was like 75-80 outside. Act seems to be reading high I think, but the ECT looks fine. I got the new sensors yesterday so I'll put them in when I've got the chance. I'll let you guys know if the symptoms change.

they agree when cold, and I would expect the water to be hotter than the air with the motor warmed up. Looks like the water is about 180 and the air is around 160. Both of those numbers I can believe. Just remember, the air sensor is in the lower manifold, next to the head, and its passing through that EGR spacer that in stock form has hot coolant running through it.
