I would bet youre clutch packs are on their way out.. if youve already checked your tv cable and adjusted if necessary the next step would be to take it to a tranny repair shop for a diagnosis. They will likely suggest a rebuild which is about $1800, and A junk yard AOD will likely be your cheaper alternative

21 = Cooling Temp Sensor "out of range" Was the car at operating temp when you took the codes?
34 = EGR Valve not opening properly or EGR flow/PFE sensor issue.
74 = Brake switch on/off fault. You can ignore that one as far as I know.
94 = Converter Clutch Control circuit failure. I think that is a trany code but don't know much about it.

Hopefully, others with more info can jump in here!

94 is for the air injection

Sounds like the trans is on the way out, no codes will help you there.

What sort of symptoms would arise from having too much fluid?

Are you checking the fluid level with the engine warmed up and running? If not, it will be too low.

If the fluid is so high that it is foaming, it'll do really dumb stuff. Foamy fluid won't build pressure correctly and it does not lube very well. You'll blow a trans up quickly doing that. Easy to tell though, check the fluid with it running and if its all bubbly and frothy on the dipstick, you got issues. It needs to be a fair bit over-full to do this though.

When the transmission was serviced, did you put the little gasket on the filter? They act real stupid without that.
