    84 grand marquis missing BAD

Hey guys I need help on this problem. The other day my car was running fine I must have drove 20 miles at 70 Mphs when I was going out of town. Just today I started my car and was driving normal when it started missing. I'll be accelerating and suddenly the rs will shoot to almost zero then bounce back up to normal. Any ideas?

check your plug wires. Possible you got a visit from a squirrel or one moved and is shorting against the manifold.

Sounds almost like something came loose/broke/cracked if it started just out of the blue.
1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.
