I own a 1980 Lincoln town coupe with a 351w. I was looking to gain some low end power with a cam swap but don't know where to turn. I believe since its an 80, the stock set-up in flat tappet. I was wondering if anyone is running a mild cam with stock heads and what you recommend. Thanks.

I'd do the conversion from flat tappet to roller if you were going to replace the cam, not a super big thing but it opens some options for cams.
I'd improve the heads, first then if you don't like that; goto cam. Could find some cheap E7s or 40ps in a junkyard, though E7s are better than stock heads, they are still badly flowing heads. But better.__________________________________________________

That is how you're supposed to jack it.
Up and down.
