    New radiator

Griffin Sportsman 31" x 19" it is a little narrow since the panther uses a 33"x19" (but the only ones summit carries in that size are Be Cools's that start at $600) i just had to move the driverside mount in about 1-2". Also the lower outlet is 1.75"and is angled so the lower hose will not work, so i have to get a new one. The price on this is $159.99

        more pics

the lower hose is a 1172 from Vato zone, the hose needs about 2" cut off of the water pump side and about 1' cut off the radiator side.

another front shot but with the grill on.

Got the fan and fan controller installed today. I got a fan off of a 96 Crown Vic P71 from the junkyard for $20. Also got a thermostatically controlled fan controller from Vato Zone for $25 but i had a $20 gift card so i paid about $6 with tax.

Only the time i broke the belt for the water pump. Other than that stays dead on about 180-190, on the highway cruising 70, step on it go up to about 90 tem0p goes up a little but comes right back down. This fan is on a fused relay. the realy is rated for 30 amps and the fuse is a 25 amp. i have not blown a fuse so i assume that the fan runs on less than 25 amps. Justins Taurus fans require something like 40-50 amps on start up, and pull like 30 continious.

Taurus fans are huge power whores. My 98 CV fan on low sucks like 35 to start and runs around 20 amps, on high my 30 amp meter on the power supply is pegged out. On low it moves such a disgusting amount of air that I doubt it will ever see high speed.

My fan came off of a 96+ Vic, same as the one i pulled off a 96 Towncar. has only 1 speed, draws less than 25 amps.

Nice radiator. Being aluminum, it doesn't need to be as wide.
