Ok, I think I narrowed it down to the belt that goes around the ac pump (not the power steering and alt), how easy is it to change???? I need to change it, its so annoying

Yes, that's correct. 14 or 13mm in the back. 14 or 15 at in the front for a pivot. There's actually a square to put a belt tensioner tool in, but you'll have to have your other hand on the back bolt to tighten it to hold tension.
I've always had a little issue putting the new a/c belt on fitting it between the water pump pulley and the big lip in the middle of the crank pulley really sucks.

Ok, so you don't have to use a tensioner tool (AKA tire iron) to tension the belt?
