Heater Hose Restrictors
I think I remember people saying that there were water restrictors in the heater hoses. In case I lose the stock restrictors, will these work?

Keep the flow and pressure down so the heater core doesn't explode. But they don't always work. I've still blown up 5 or 6.

I purchased the real deal from Ford. I do notice lately a wirhing sound when I wind the engine out coming from behind the glove box. Probably the coolant being restricted before it hits the core.~David~
