well...all i know is what has worked for me on my SEFI boxes......i run the msd cap n rotor....the msd streetfire coil....bosch platinum plugs and ford racing wires(red...cause it looks cool....lol)...and have not had any problems, and have also notice a slight improvement in fuel mileage ,and a big improvement in starting(that could just be because every box i bought needed a tune-up...real bad....lol)

I have MSD wires, and MSD cap, stock style rotor, i really like iridium plugs, they will keep going long after coppers would useually fade out. i ran iridiums in my last ride, and pwill do so again. i should have kept them when i ripped the old motor out, doh! MSD coils are fairly cheep now lik 40 somethign at advanced, but i bet you could have them price match with jegs price of 30 something.

All of my boxes have an MSD coil, cap and rotor, and Ford Racing plug wires. Never had a problem with any.
