          You should snag that ford motorsport adjustable timing chain, and advance your HO cam 4 degrees when you do it...

            plenty of room under the hood of a ranger
            i had a 92 olds with a 24v 3.4 dropped off today for a mystery clunk in the engine area eek!!!!

            1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

              so, got it all mostly done, got the belt replaced and everything's hangin around. i've probably only worked on it about 2 hours today, taking my time

              yup plenty of room in a ranger after getting the radiator out (MUCH easier than i thought earlier)

              I'm impressed, only 1 thing broke, and that was part of a bracket for an ac hose, and the part that broke was insignificant to the operation of the bracket

              belt wasnt even that bad. the cam was about 3 degrees retarded, so the belt was a tad worn. the serpintine belt wasnt all that bad either. not bad considering they're both original (110k)

                My uncle showed me a V8 engine out of an Olds Aurora he had to swap. That thing has got to be worse than the Cutlass. Changing the starter requires removal of the intake manifold.
