stuck open t-stat (doesn't give the coolant enough time to cool off - my dad had this problem with his F150)... crapped water pump impellers... crap caught between the condenser and radiator. I'd clean the radiator fins first off. I've had to do that with a few cars. The dust/dirt buildup on them was something obnoxious... and you couldn't really see it from looking at the condenser either.

clogged heater core - have you tried bypassing it or flushing it out?
thermostat stuck closed?
bad hoses (upper, lower, heater, bypass...if they're not new i would suspect them)sigpic

are you losing coolant? it's either burning it, leaking it, or it's blocked up somewhere.sigpic

Maybe there is something wrong with the fan? Do you have enough voltage there?
Could be an issue with the motor, if the wiring hasn;t been touched. All the other cooling system items seem to be in order.**2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302: 5.0/ 6 spd/ 3.73s, 20K Cruiser

DOH!
I managed to pull that stunt when I first wired up the fans on my Mark. having the fans blow in the correct direction helps loads.
