1987 stock short block. This IS a roller block. Buy as is for $250 or completely rebuilt with for $1000.
Rebuild will consist of hone, bearings, rings, freeze plugs, timing chain and oil pump. Will also have stock H.O. cam installed. I have a set of stock '69 302 and '72 351W and '94 GT heads that can be woked into the deal as well.

might be a better deal for ya.

the explorer longblock has better heads. Its worth the 300 bucks. the only emissions crap is the smog pump, which you don't need anyway. If you live in one of the emissions counties, bolt it up and make it look like its there. Functionally, it does nothing.

Blocks are blocks. Both are rollers. With GT40/P/aftermarket heads, I don't think any of them have the bullshit for the smog pump. So this is not a concern.
