    got miss sounds like marbles under the hood apon acceleration and only when car is warm what would cause this

      running lean. what exactly is done to this motor ?

          ECM? Injectors? if you are running the stock lopo stuff that's why.

              Check for vacuum leaks first, also verify your timing is right.

                Is EGR enabled? If EGR is opening too early or too much, it will introduce inert gases into the mixture and make it too lean.
