This morning, I go to roll my drivers side window down, it goes down all of the way, then I hear the belt squeaking. I let go of the power window switch, then just press it in the down position again, belt squeaks again. I just never heard this before. What could be causing this to happen? Just curious? Got a bunch of stuff to do to the car before the weather gets cold, want to try and get everything done all at once.

Here's what's happening, you're putting a big load on the charging system by putting the window down when it's already down. You are drawing a lot of current when the motor isn't moving. When you put a load on the charging system, it reacts by making the magnetic field in the alternator stronger, making it harder for the engine to turn it. The belt is probably old, or not tight enough, and this extra load is making the belt slip on the pulley. Replace the belt, and stop holding the window switch after the window is already down, you might break the bushings in the motor or something.
