Either way, exhaust really only has the capability of adding or subtracting 10 crank hp. Nothing will give you much change. Stick with dual exhaust in some form or another.
A good dual exhasut with headers can give a good gain. Without actually getting a good description or a pic of your setup we can't tell you much.
As for the HO, it helps but there are many other things to do to make the car perform better.Builder/Owner of Badass Panther Wagons

Guys thats my buddy Mike he was the other person who was up at Scotts with me this weekend past he has all the same setup as mine but he has one extra pipe coming out the sides in front of each rear tire. Now the pipes are behind the mufflers Scott did not have to cut them off to put on his H-pipe.. He just want to know is that a power loss he will have to take and if so i think he goin 86 the extra pipes...The Best
Past and Present Any Questions...................

just think of it as having almost a next step up in pipe size after the muffler. I would just run 1 set of pipes. once that exhaust cools off a bit towards the ned you can restrict it a tad more and keep the velocity up (2.5" pipe/2.25" tails)

1991 Vic nothing like it
Oh ok i just wanted to know what some of you guys thought about that. 4 pipes thats a dc thang its called being different and it basictly throws people off they see the back you wouldnt thinkin nothin of it, but as i fly by you see the sides and be like what the........ Scott i got the tips from the guys who did all the welding on the car i think they usually run like 80 dollars a piece. Just wait until i drop the HO in the this bad ask Scott and Nate they will tell you this is not gonna be your average 1991 vic. Just look at Nates car.... "85 Marauder" get some!!! :guns:
