    It's an even exhange. a 1 quart bottle of Lucas replaces 1 quart of oil. they recommend on the bottle to use no more than 60% Lucas. Oil change interval is the same. Thats all there is to it really

      There is a special tool required to seat valve seals? Hm. I just pushed mine on by hand. I did make sure they were fully down on the valve guide though. So far, so good at around 12k miles.

      I'm going to agree with everyone else. Unless its smoking like a freight train all the time, don't worry about it. The rubber gets hard from sitting dry and the seals don't work anymore. Its really more annoying than harmful.
