    Wierd...

    You know, not one of my 5 panthers have had the ditch lights. I always thought they were pretty common. But not one of my cars have them...

    Ditch lights? Are you talking about the ones on the front fender? I don't have them either.

        I do.. But i dont use them i had a short that was caused from them gettin wet or something.. So i just dont use them at all

            The 87 was an LX towing package, the 89 was a base model, the 91 was a GM GS, the 86 marq I bought for parts might have had them, and my new 89 Country Squire LX doesn't have them either.

                they were really just an option, but in around 88, you could order "value packages" witch would add a couple different sets of options.

                1981 Mercury Marquis Brougham 2-Door 302/ 5-speed -special blend (GMGT)
                1987 Lincoln Mark VII 5-speed (Errand runner)
                1989 Mercury Grand Marquis (Base Runner)
                2007 Lincoln Town Car Signature Limited (Hustlyn)

                  I got em. The ones on my other car quit working due to an offroad incident where the bulb fell out of the housing.

                        not fully, im missing the tow pack, moonroof, and leather. digital guages are more of a preference. i suppose leather would be too. everyone loves a moon roof though

                          Tow package was optional, as was the sunroof and digital dash. Base model seats were leather, Sigs got standard pillow top velour or optional pillow top leather.

                          I think the only one that came standard with the digi dash and the sunroof was the Cartier, but the tow was an option on everything.
