    Pull the CFI unit and the EGR spacer, clean and re-install with new gaskets. Reconnect the vac line too and it should take care of it. It would also be a good idea to pull the codes on the computer to see what else it has to say that might be a problem.

    Usually EGR problems are beause they are full of carbon and shit, not because the valve is actually bad. The position sensors do sometimes fail however.
