Just curious if anybody has deleted the air pump system and has to go through smog tests, how, if at all did your numbers change? (and: idle test only, or dyno?)
I never tracked my numbers, but my car passes emissions without the pump just fine. I used to get the dyno thing, but we do idle tests now. Its well under the margin, and not much different number-wise compared to my all stock Mark VII.

what should a person have assembled and at the ready before attempting this job? besides the required sockets and an assortment of vac plugs (i prefer to call them screws but use whatever term you want )
