Hoses...
The Goodyear hoses are silicone hoses... and you know me and getting the car original... That is what the state always ordered on their cars... I even have them on my '91.... (Altho those are green for some reason... ugly!) Besides the fact that they last forever.. I don't know why anyone would take them off the car.... idiots... My car went to the shop when it was the Fire Chiefs car.. they replaced the hoses... We asked them why.. they said they were over 50,000 miles on them... I told them well duh... did you know those are silicone "Lifetime" hoses??? The guy was like, uh, no.... so we asked for them back... they had already THROWN them AWAY.... It took me another 2 years to find some on a wrecked cruiser....

did you try the oem hoses blaze? towncars use unique heater hoses......both the heater lines go thru pipes under the upper intake....i was able to get an aftermarket hose for the pump to pipe, but not the 3 rear heater hoses.......i picked those up from ford. the factory hoses last a long time btw

Here is where I have gotten them, these are the 2 hoses in the back of the engine. I did the Napa Hoses first, Advanced hoses second, and Motorcraft hoses last.
All cruble and die in my path...so I need those silicone ones.
I wasn't sure if they were available at all from goodyear. I'm not even sure if they are stock or not...that is sad, I've bought three of them in the last year and I can't remember if they are stock or not. :nonono:
Well, both have a Z shape to them. The length of the middle strait is about 8"-10"

i was just thinkin about that........did you have the restrictor in the one heater hose? it's a piece of metal with a small hose in it.........have heard of heater cores blowing at high rpm without it
