Guy asking $700obo thinking about 500, wondering if its too much for what he asking and how can i get good use of these heads if I do choose to buy them. Whats your opion?

I actaully started at 400 with guy waiting for response. How do I tell if porting is good? I was also wondering if I get this should I still stick with stock ho cam and explorer tb with lighting egr and gt40 uppers? I m looking for good power, and decent gas mileage if i can average mid 20s on high way I d be happy and a high teen in city but I was aiming for closer to high 20s and than low 20s in city lol
