    Studder

Sometime right when I'm taking off, and often when I start to accelerate from 55-60mph my car studders a little bit. It's worse when Im at speed. It's almost like it starts to flood out or something. What might be causing this, and thanks in advance.

the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor were all replaced last summer. Can I check for codes without a computer? Like a Dodge.

Check your wires, they may have gotten damaged. I've also replaced 2 month old faulty spark plug wires.

They were cheap plugs from napa, so i didn't really feel great about them in the first place, but i didn't have much money, cause I just bought the car.

Fuel filter is about an annual thing, so it might be due for replacement.

BTW, the 2 month old wires I replaced came from Napa. Mind you I have that very same set of wires on my Mark VII for the past year, and it runs fine.

I'll probably just head over to Oriellys and get me a fuel filter, and new wires.
