    broken spark plug wires

I notice one of my spark plug wires was cracked at one point in the cable.

I do not want to replace all wires now.

Is it possible to take a spark plug wire from a junked 99 buick la sabre I have access to

or just put electric tape over it.

If you're replacing one, replace them all. A good set (the ones that most people here use for their Fords, from Ford Racing) is 50 bucks.

If one is bad, the rest are shot too. Electrical tape is good for 600v per wrap if you have the good stuff. Ignition systems run thousands of volts, so basically no, electrical tape isn't gonna do the job. If cash is really that tight, you'd be better off using the wire off the Buick until you can replace them.
