    jump fuel pump

    hey which terminals do i jump on the relay to hot wire the the pump on my 1991 gm

    about halfway down. Ground the wire in the diagnostic connector that says "fuel pump" and turn the key to on.

      hey a buddie told me to just jumper another connector right by the self test connector it has an orange and a yellow wire i just jumper them and that runs the fuel pump also

        i'm guessing thats the relay socket. that also works, but grounding the wire on the self test connector tests the relay and the rest of the wiring since it powers things up exactly how the ECM does.
