    It's a bit different though, since it's not about straight-line speed. It's quick enough, but that's more about suspension and such.

    I'm saying that, in 2010, to do the equivelant of a Lightning of SRT-10, and have it be the same order of magnitude faster than new trucks as those were back in their day, you'd be talking easily 600HP, in a pickup truck.

      Yes. I looked at a blue one yesterday. It had a 5.4 in it.

      So did the orange one I saw back in June.

      Most articles claimed a 400 hp V8 was coming, but I didn't think it was set in stone.

      The Raptor is ok, but its not soemthing I'd want to own. Although it caters to a different type of crowd than the Dodge Power Wagon, they are somewhat the same. The DPW will go more places than the Raptor any day of the week.
