I have a Weird Hiss comming from fuel filter after shutting the car off once and a while it dose this. But there is no visable fuel and no fuel smell. any one heard anything like this before? and I don't have air shocks so that one is ruled out...

If you can't smell or see fuel leaking and the car is running fine, I wouldn't worry about it.
Might be from the pressure gradually bleeding off and it just happens to make a little noise at the fuel filter. One of the lines right around there is the fuel vapor line (or it might be on the other framerail, I can't remember ) - maybe it's leaking little.1990 Country Squire - under restoration

try changing the fuel filter
