What gaskets/parts are needed to remove and replace them?

you may need the upper to lower plenum gasket if it gets damaged, and some sort of lubricant for the O rings on the injectors. vaseline or dielectric grease work fine. The injectors need new O rings if they don't already have them. Fuel rail mounts down with 5/16 head screws. Once you pop the fuel line disconnects, its pretty straightforward. If you have it available, I'd blow off the lower intake with air just to get rid of any loose dirt before pulling the fuel rail loose but thats optional. If you use a rag to wipe around the injectors you'll probably be fine. If you haven't already done so, the PCV stuff would be good to service now.

I swabbed my injector holes real good with q-tips dipped in di-electric grease... got all kinds of dirt out. Everything popped back together a little too easily, with no leaks.
