Doesn't look offhand like a Flowmaster part number .... not that I know that much about Flowmasters. Only "14574" exhaust part I'm coming up with at Summit Racing is a Corsa exhaust system for a Toyota Tundra.

Do you happen to know the inlet and outlet diameters and whether it was intended as a direct-fit replacement for the Mustang? And what year Mustang was it?

Also, if you look at the outside of the case very carefully, you may be able to see slight ridges where the internal elements were welded in. This can sometimes help identify a Flowmaster model.

True! I guess there are several brands now that offer a Flowmaster-like chambered muffler that sound and look somewhat similar. Summit, Cherry Bomb and Thrush are three that come to mind, and I'm pretty sure there are at least one or two less-known ones as well.
