    Hesitation

I've got an 85 TC, when I go to accelerate, it feels like theres no throttle response, only for a second though, then it goes. I changed the air filter and that helped alot, but I'm still having a problem.

Another issue I have is when the car is cold, it runs fine, but when i come to a stop it wants to stall, only sometimes though. Once its warmed up its fine.

    Any ideas?

bogging when you first hit the gas could be anything... how recent is your last tune up? fuel filter? Are the throttle plates clean??? Spraying some throttle body cleaner down there made a big help when I first got my 85.
The cold stalling could be a choke problem... CFI Choke

+1 on replacing the fuel filter and doing a tuneup before you get too involved in troubleshooting.

Probably don't want to be beatin' on the car until you've done a full tune-up and have driven the car for a little to work out any possible gremlins.

my car sat for two years (started on weekends during that hibernation) but it always had a hesitation while punching the gas. I ran fuel injector cleaner through it, did all kinds of things. and it went away after a while from just driving it.
