    Is this normal?!?

Got the radiator changed, and now Im noticing my windshield is fogging up on the inside, and i could have sworn i saw this light vapor coming from the AC vents on top of the dash,by the windshield....is this my heater core going south? Heres a pic of my windshield.

Im noticing a pattern with these cars, as soon as you fix something, something else rears its head

Yep. probably the heater core. My friends did that then blew shortly after

If you can do with out heat, by pass the core till you get it fixed.

        Behind the glovebox.

If you look on the passenger side of the engine bay you'll see two rubber hoses coming out of the firewall. Trace back where they both go and run a rubber hose (5/8" heater hose I'd assume) between the inlet and outlet on the engine, bypassing the firewall side of it completely.

I don't think I explained it very well but I hope you get the idea. My Town Car is actually the car I'm least familiar with (because it's never given me enough problems for me to get intimate with its systems!) so I can't really give you exact details on it.

However, I did this on my girlfriend's '67 Mustang back when we replaced the entire coolant system except the heater core, so that any shit left inside the antique heater core wouldn't transfer to all the new components. You won't have heat but if that doesn't matter to you then it's kool & the gang. After replacing the heater core I reintegrated it into the system by connecting new hose to it.

Just route a short hose from the water fitting at the front of the intake (behind the water neck) and loop it directly into the water pump.

i assume these are the 2 hoses on the firewall you guys were talking about, can i just disconnect them from the firewall, add a connector and connect them to each other?

That works too, my suggestion does the exact same thing more neatly.

I'd like to add a cabin air filter. Don't know if there's space to do it with the stock plenum, though. Have to cut the plenum completely apart downstream of the recirc door to do it.

Just stick cotton balls in your vents

It's a filter. That filters air as it's blown into the cabin through your HVAC system. Think of the screen over the HVAC intake on the firewall; that does the same thing but to a much lesser extent, it just keeps large chunks out. I tend not to think about them much, but I'm told a lot of newer vehicles have them.
