          I haven't had pump issues. Ive had issues with the sealing surfaces not being dead flat, but that is easily fixed with a file.

            Two of mine leaked out of the front seal, one popped the gasket between the pump and the backing plate. I'm on the fourth now. The one that lost a gasket could have been a non-flat surface issue, not sure. The premature seal failure is annoying though.

              The ele. fan is just a why not do it kind of thing. Plus it is not as noisy, does not hang on the water pump so it does not wear the front bearing, better MPG, it take more HP to run than the alt., and it just looks cool! You have to use a 3G alt, but your car will like that too.
              89 CV LX 225/60 x 16 tires, CC819 rear springs, Front & rear sway bar, trans & PS cooler from 90 cop car. KYB shocks, F-150 on rear. Dual Exhaust w/ H pipe. Dark brown door panels, carpet, steering wheel, trim parts from a 87 Mer GM. Power front buckets from 96 Jeep Cherokee. LED'S front & rear. 3G Alt from a 97 Taurus wagon 3.0. Electric fan. Rear axle from a 97 PI 3.27 with disk brakes. Headlight relays.
