    No, I didn't touch the throttle. I also got the codes during KOER for not hitting the brake and not turning the OD switch on/off.

      Egr seems to be a common issue on these things. Mine had a new one when I got it and within 6 months I was having egr issue so I just pulled the vacuum line. The other one I'm not sure about.
