    Hot hot can it get?

    Dear Gurus,
Thru Connecticut last week, 70mph, 93 degrees, air (not MAX) running, my temp guage (89 Colony Park 5.0) ranged between 110 and 120. Seemed like the thermostat was opening. Also seems too hot. Yes?

    I hope you meant 210 - 220 degrees.

If so it would be a little on the high side, but still normal.

210-220 if that's what you meant, sounds too close to comfort for my liking........my towncar used to run hot in traffic like that............i installed a 180 deg thermostat and that took care of it..........but cruising at 70 and that hot, i dont like that.........your radiator may be partially blocked........good idea to look thoroughly at the cooling system
