    damn... go out, start the car to thaw it, and get some hot water into the engine to thaw it. quit wondering and start doing... longer you wait the bigger the issue you are gonna have... get out and work on the car.

        I need antifreeze Ill start it later after i get the antifreeze. Going at noon for it. Then ill have my dad watch and listen for any problems or leaks.

          I checked the bottom hose earlier and most of the water that was in the system is out now. all the water from the bottom hose is out, and the old radiator was about half full and is still frozen solid even though it was like 40 out today and the hose was melted.

            Start the car and let it run a couple minutes. 40 degrees with no air movement is not going to melt anything. You need heat, more than 40 degrees worth.

              That is too simple, its better to leave it to freeze again and let it keep getting worse.
