    roller lifters

is there any way to rebuild roller lifters and whats a best way to clean them

yes its possible to rebuild them after you take them apart to inspect for dirt/wear..

you can clean them with any type of solvent like mineral spirits.
Give a man a fish and he will be fed for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will promptly forget that he once did not know, and proceed to call anyone who asks, a n00b and flame them on the boards for being stupid.

If there is any noticeable wear, you'd do well to just replace the whole set. I bought Summit brand lifters for like 110 bucks for all 16. They look an awful lot like the original Ford ones I pulled out.
