The cats are rusted out and starting to leak. Is there a pipe that I can replace them with? I don't really want to go to headers, I just want to replace them with a down pipe on each side.

There is no pre-made pipe for this, and legally no exhaust shop can make you one. You're going to be limited to either making it yourself with a piece of pipe and a welder, or finding a shady shop that will do it for you. Or, of course, replacing the cats with new.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

you can buy a "pipe kit" for the car, made to use with a universal type catalytic convertor, that would let you bolt on the convertor+ kit in place of the whole original pipe/convertor combo.
