If you had some bad gas, I would suggest changing the fuel filter to see if that helps. 80C is fine, maybe a little low but not anything to be concerned over. (176F).
The PCV valve is always open while the engine is running. Make sure its pushed into the rubber grommet fully. If its laying on the back of the engine and pulling air, that might slightly contribute to the problem, though I doubt it. If the emissions readings are OK, and the engine isn't running hot, the cats may not actually be the problem.
